If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”

— Martin Luther King, Jr.

January 15th – On this day of remembrance of a leader who bore witness to the darkest of days and the brightest of hope, we send a simple message to all of the strong, independent, capable women in the WANDA community — we are community and we see you. Without a doubt, 2020 has been challenging, in many ways devastating, and the early days of 2021 continue to test our resolve. It can be so hard to maintain the strength deep within yourself, when it seems at every turn there is challenge, hardship and deep rooted societal pain. But — we are an alliance and you are an integral part of that alliance. You uplift, inspire and support those in our community. WANDA is a safe place for you to feel, give voice, listen and receive the good and the bad that we experience and witness in the world. We believe in you and we believe in your potential to inspire and achieve even through the darkest days and most difficult times. You will continue to move forward — you inspire others to be their best selves.
